The installation is easy, You can rest assure about this,we will supply installation instruction step by step in English in the carton.And if you have any questions,you can just feel free to leave us message.

Regarding the light source:

We use small special High quality Led light,you can choose the white light or warm light source according to your requirement.If no special requirement,we will supply white light source.

Regarding the Certificate:

All of our led lights are CE/UL certificated!

Regarding the Production Time:

Almost all of the chandeliers need about 2 weeks to produce.If you need it urgent,please message us and we will have a discusion.

Regarding the Breakage Problem: 

This would never be a problem for us or you.We will supply about 5-10% spare parts in the carton in case some of the glass are broken.When you got broken glass you don't need to worry,they will still be enough if the broken quantity is not so big.As we know that they are fragile glass and some might be broken.But we have very professional experience in packing material and special packing way so that the package would be safe.
